The rules to follow when using our site and venue, reservation terms, our stage-programme policy and the limits of our liability.
Last updated · 8 May 2026
1.General Provisions
1.1.Definitions
- Company: Yeni Hisar Gazinosu (İnönü Caddesi, Ersan İş Hanı, Zemin Kat No: 6/Z-2, Osmangazi/Bursa).
- Venue: the night-club establishment operated by the Company.
- Site: the website published under the yenihisarnightclub.com domain.
- Visitor / User: natural persons who use the Site or visit the Venue.
- Service: all of the reservation, food-and-beverage, stage and event services offered by the Company.
1.2.Effect and Acceptance
These Terms of Use take effect from the moment you begin to benefit from the Service, whether through the Site or during a visit to the Venue, and are deemed to have been read, understood and accepted by you. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms at any time; the current version takes effect on the date it is published on the Site.
2.Scope of the Service
The Company offers reservation acceptance, food-and-beverage service, live stage performance, the organisation of special events and related ancillary services. The content of the Service, the stage programme and the menu may be changed by the Company without prior notice.
3.Age Limit and Presentation of ID
The Company's Services are offered only to persons aged 18 (eighteen) and over. A valid official identity document (T.C. identity card, passport or driving licence) may be requested at the Venue entrance and, if desired, throughout the stay inside. Visitors who cannot present a valid document may be refused entry to the Venue or refused permission to remain in the Venue.
4.Reservation
4.1.Making a Reservation
Reservations may be made via the reservation form on the Site or by telephone. For a reservation to be valid, the mandatory fields — such as name and surname, contact information, date, time, number of guests and seating preference — must be entered correctly and completely.
4.2.Confirmation
Acceptance of the reservation depends on table availability and on the confirmation message sent by the Company. A reservation is not deemed finalised until a confirmation message is given. The Company reserves the right to refuse a reservation or to change its time/table due to force majeure, capacity issues or operational requirements.
4.3.Cancellation and Change
Notifying the Company at least twenty-four (24) hours before the visit date to cancel or change a reservation is important for subsequent visitors and for operational planning. Because a reservation is not created against any fee or advance payment, cancellations give rise to no financial liability.
4.4.Lateness
If the Venue is not reached within thirty (30) minutes of the reservation time, the table may be opened to other visitors. The Company cannot be held responsible for any loss of rights arising in this case.
5.Venue Rules
5.1.Dress Code
A smart-casual and above dress code applies at the Venue. Entry to the Venue in everyday clothing such as vests, shorts or beach sandals is not accepted. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to a visitor who does not meet the dress code.
5.2.Rules of Conduct
All visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards the Company's staff, the stage performers and other visitors. Verbal or physical aggression, harassment, discriminatory behaviour and conduct contrary to legal regulations are not accepted under any circumstances.
5.3.Prohibited Substances and Behaviour
- Bringing into and using at the Venue narcotic/stimulant substances prohibited by legal regulations.
- Bringing cutting/piercing instruments, firearms and similar dangerous items into the Venue.
- Damaging the Venue's fixtures, equipment or property.
- Failing to comply with the warnings of the Company's staff or security.
5.4.Right of Removal
Visitors who act contrary to the above rules may be removed from the Venue by the Company's staff without warning. In this case, the visitor concerned is responsible for any damage caused to the Venue's fixtures or to third parties.
6.Stage and Events
6.1.Changes to the Programme
The stage performer, event content and programme may be changed without prior notice due to force majeure or operational requirements. These changes do not, on their own, give rise to a refund request.
6.2.Event Cancellation
In the event that an event is cancelled entirely, the Company endeavours to notify visitors who have a reservation record through appropriate communication channels. Because the reservation is free of charge, no refund or compensation obligation arises from the cancellation.
7.Image, Photo and Audio Recording
CCTV recordings are made at the Venue for security purposes. During events, the Company may take photographs and video recordings for promotional purposes; in these recordings, the images of visitors present across the stage area may appear in a general capacity. Due care is taken with regard to visitors who state at the Venue entrance that they do not wish to appear in recordings; however, full anonymity cannot be guaranteed for images taken within a crowd.
8.Intellectual Property
All text, visuals, logos, trademarks, video, audio and design elements on the Site, and the rights relating to them, belong to Yeni Hisar Gazinosu. Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing or using this content for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Company is prohibited.
9.Limitation of Liability
The Company does not undertake that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or always accessible. It cannot be held liable, to the maximum extent permitted by the legislation, for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
10.Force Majeure
Natural disasters, epidemics, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, fire, floods, restrictions imposed by administrative authorities, interruptions in the electricity/internet infrastructure and similar events beyond the Company's control are deemed force majeure. Force majeure may cause the Company to suspend or terminate its obligations temporarily; the Company cannot be held responsible for these situations.
11.Contact
For all notifications under these Terms of Use, the Company can be reached at İnönü Caddesi, Ersan İş Hanı, Zemin Kat No: 6/Z-2, Osmangazi/Bursa or by telephone at +90 (224) 224 66 34.
12.Governing Law and Competent Court
These Terms of Use are subject to the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The Bursa Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent to resolve any dispute arising from these terms.
13.Effect and Changes
These Terms of Use take effect on the date they are published on the Site. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the terms; the current version is always on this page and replaces previous versions.
